Spray tans do not roll over to future billing cycles.

✨ Current UV tanning members keep their locked-in tanning membership rates through the remainder of 2026. Existing members may upgrade to the Lay & Spray Membership for an additional $45/month to receive 2 custom spray tans per month while maintaining their current UV tanning membership pricing.

✨ New Lay & Spray memberships are $85/month and reflect our updated all-access tanning + spray tanning experience.

⚠️ Cancellation Policy

• 7-day written notice required before next billing date
• No prorated refunds for unused time
• Canceling forfeits any promotional or locked-in pricing

👩⚖️ Age & Consent Requirements

• You must be 18 years or older to enroll in a membership
• Clients under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian sign a consent form in person before using tanning equipment or receiving spray tanning services
• Parental consent must be on file prior to any session

📝 Tanning & Spray Tan Acknowledgment & Waiver

By enrolling in this membership and/or using tanning services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You understand that UV tanning exposure may increase the risk of skin damage, premature aging, and skin cancer
• You agree to follow all recommended exposure times based on your skin type
• First-time clients may have session times adjusted based on skin type and staff recommendation
• You understand that overexposure may result in burns or injury
• You agree to wear appropriate protective eyewear during all UV tanning sessions
• Certain medications or medical conditions may increase sensitivity to UV exposure; you agree to consult a physician if unsure
• You understand that spray tanning results may vary based on skin type, preparation, skincare products, body chemistry, lifestyle, and aftercare
• You acknowledge that proper prep and aftercare are necessary for best spray tan results
• You understand that lotions, oils, deodorant, makeup, perfumes, and improper exfoliation may affect spray tan development and longevity
• You acknowledge that fading, uneven wear, or cosmetic bronzer transfer may occur
• You agree to follow all provided spray tan prep and aftercare instructions
• Individual tanning and spray tanning results may vary
• You release and hold harmless MAAC on Main and Bronze & Bougie by Annie from liability related to misuse, overexposure, failure to follow guidelines, or failure to follow spray tan prep and aftercare instructions

• Memberships are non-transferable
• A valid payment method must be kept on file
• Declined or failed payments may result in suspension of membership access
• Spray tan appointments require advance booking and are subject to availability
• MAAC on Main reserves the right to refuse service for safety, health, or policy violations
