RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we offer exchanges or store credit within 30 days of delivery.

Please note: We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment.


Exchange & Store Credit Options

  • Exchanges: Items may be exchanged for a different size, color, or style of equal or lesser value (subject to availability).

  • Store Credit: If you prefer, we will issue store credit for the full purchase price. Store credit can be used on any future order.

  • No Cash Refunds: Refunds to the original payment method are not offered.


How to Request an Exchange or Store Credit

  1. Contact us at maaconmain@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include your order number and reason for the return.

  3. We will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return label.

  4. Ship the item back in its original condition with all tags attached.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

  • Prepaid return labels are provided only for damaged or defective items.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.


Processing Time

  • Exchanges: Once your return is received and approved, your exchange will ship within 3–5 business days.

  • Store Credit: Store credit will be issued within 3–5 business days of receiving your return and can be used immediately.

  • Store credit is issued as a digital credit associated with your customer account/email.


Return Conditions

All returned items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In original condition

  • With all original tags attached

  • Returned within 30 days of delivery


Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked Final Sale

  • Swimwear, intimates, and other hygiene-sensitive items, unless defective
    (Swimwear must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with the hygiene liner intact.)


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at maaconmain@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or store credit at no cost to you.
