Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we offer exchanges or store credit within 30 days of delivery.
Please note: We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment.
Exchange & Store Credit Options

Exchanges: Items may be exchanged for a different size, color, or style of equal or lesser value (subject to availability).

Store Credit: If you prefer, we will issue store credit for the full purchase price. Store credit can be used on any future order.

No Cash Refunds: Refunds to the original payment method are not offered.
How to Request an Exchange or Store Credit

Contact us at maaconmain@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

Include your order number and reason for the return.

We will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return label.

Ship the item back in its original condition with all tags attached.
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Prepaid return labels are provided only for damaged or defective items.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
Processing Time

Exchanges: Once your return is received and approved, your exchange will ship within 3–5 business days.

Store Credit: Store credit will be issued within 3–5 business days of receiving your return and can be used immediately.

Store credit is issued as a digital credit associated with your customer account/email.

Non-Returnable Items

Items marked Final Sale

Swimwear, intimates, and other hygiene-sensitive items, unless defective
(Swimwear must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with the hygiene liner intact.)
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at maaconmain@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or store credit at no cost to you.
