MAAC ON MAIN – TANNING POLICY & MEMBERSHIP TERMS
MAAC on Main Tanning Policy & Membership Terms
Welcome to MAAC on Main 🤍 Our goal is to provide a safe, clean, and enjoyable tanning experience for all clients. Please review the following policies carefully.
🌞 Unlimited Membership Usage
- Unlimited tanning memberships allow for one (1) tanning session per calendar day Monday–Saturday
- Sessions must follow recommended exposure times based on skin type
- Memberships provide access to all available tanning equipment, subject to availability
- Spray tan services are not included in standard UV tanning memberships unless specifically stated under a promotional or upgraded membership plan
- The Lay & Spray Membership includes unlimited UV tanning sessions plus two (2) custom spray tans per calendar month
- Unused spray tans do not roll over to future months
- Additional spray tan services beyond included membership benefits may be purchased separately
⏱ Session Guidelines
- Tanning sessions must be spaced at least 24 hours apart
- First-time clients may have reduced session times based on skin type
- MAAC on Main staff reserves the right to adjust session times for safety
🪧 Reservations & Walk-Ins
- Online reservations are available to members only
- Walk-ins are welcome based on availability
- Appointments are held for 5 minutes past scheduled time
- Late arrivals may result in shortened session time
- After 5 minutes, appointments may be released to waiting clients
- Clients with 3 or more no-shows may lose reservation privileges
- Spray tan appointments may require advance booking and are subject to artist availability
- Clients arriving late for spray tan appointments may need to reschedule if insufficient appointment time remains
👩⚖️ Age Requirements
- Clients must be 18 years or older to sign up for a membership
- Clients under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian present to sign a consent form in person
- Parental consent must remain on file
🧴 Safety & Tanning Guidelines
- Protective eyewear is required during all UV tanning sessions
- Clients must follow all posted and recommended exposure schedules
- Overexposure may result in burns, injury, or long-term skin damage
- Certain medications or medical conditions may increase UV sensitivity
- Clients are responsible for informing staff of any concerns
🤎 Spray Tan Services
Custom spray tan services, including Bronze & Bougie by Annie, are available by appointment.
Spray tans are cosmetic services and results may vary based on skin type, preparation, aftercare, lifestyle, and product use.
For best results:
- Clients should follow all pre-tan and aftercare instructions
- Exfoliation and clean skin are recommended prior to appointments
- Loose, dark clothing is encouraged after appointments
- MAAC on Main is not responsible for uneven fading due to improper preparation or aftercare
Clients should notify staff of:
- Skin sensitivities
- Allergies
- Recent cosmetic procedures
- Any conditions that may affect spray tan application or results
By receiving spray tan services, clients acknowledge the possibility of temporary cosmetic reactions including staining, uneven fading, or transfer to clothing or fabrics.
🚫 Health & Safety Restrictions
MAAC on Main reserves the right to refuse service if:
- A client appears to be overexposed or sunburned
- A client does not follow safety guidelines
- A client has a condition that may be negatively impacted by UV exposure or spray tanning services
💳 Membership Billing & Payments
- Memberships are billed monthly via automatic payment
- Payments are charged on the same date each month as sign-up
- Failed or declined payments may result in suspension of access until resolved
❌ Cancellation Policy
- A 7-day written notice is required prior to the next billing date
- No refunds will be issued for partial or unused months
- Canceling a membership forfeits any promotional or locked-in pricing
🔁 Membership Terms
- Memberships are non-transferable
- Sharing memberships is strictly prohibited
- Membership benefits may be suspended for policy violations
⚠️ Equipment Use
- Proper use of all tanning equipment is required
- Stand-up booths and beds must be used according to staff instruction
- MAAC on Main is not responsible for misuse of equipment

MAAC on Main reserves the right to update or modify policies at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of current policies.
