Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods or promotions.

Once your order has been processed, it will be handed off to the shipping carrier for delivery.

** Sorry y'all, we aren't Amazon with shipping warehouses all over the place, so our shipping is more horse and carriage style. We know, we've all been spoiled by 2-day shipping, and how dare we take longer. We promise we are doing our best to get your items to you ASAP, and we appreciate your patience and you supporting our small-business. **

  • U.S.-Fulfilled Items:
    Estimated delivery within 5–10 business days after processing.

  • Internationally Fulfilled Items:
    Estimated delivery within 10–20 business days after processing.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.


Split Shipments

If your order includes multiple items, they may ship separately and arrive at different times. Tracking information will be provided for each shipment as it becomes available.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, selected shipping method, and item availability.


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Please allow 24–72 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment confirmation.


Customs & Import Fees

Most orders shipped within the United States do not incur additional customs or import fees. In rare cases where fees are assessed by customs authorities or carriers, these charges are outside our control and are the responsibility of the recipient.


Delivery Issues

Once an order has shipped, we are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier

  • Packages delayed due to customs or carrier processing

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout

  • Packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier but not received

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at maaconmain@gmail.com. While delivery timelines are not guaranteed, we will work with the carrier to assist when possible.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you promptly.
