TANNING Monthly Membership Agreement

This Monthly Membership Agreement ("Agreement") is made between the undersigned customer ("Member") and MAAC on Main ("Business"). By signing below, the Member agrees to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.

1. Membership & Services

The Member is enrolling in a monthly membership for services offered by the Business, which may include boutique perks, tanning sessions, discounts, and/or other benefits described at the time of enrollment.

2. Payment Authorization

The Member authorizes the Business to automatically charge their payment method on file through Shopify for the monthly membership fee. Monthly payments will be charged on the same date each month as the initial enrollment date.

3. First Payment

When enrolling, the Member understands and agrees that:

• The first month's fee will be charged on the date of sign‑up.
• Each month thereafter will be automatically charged on the same date of each month until cancelled. 

4. Billing Details

• Monthly payments will be processed automatically using Shopify.
• The Member is responsible for ensuring their payment method remains valid and up to date.
• Declined or failed payments may result in suspension of membership benefits until resolved.

5. Cancellation Policy

• The Member may cancel their membership at any time by providing written notice to the Business.
• Cancellations must be submitted at least 7 days before the next billing date to avoid the upcoming month's charge.
• No refunds are issued for prorated or unused portions of a billed month.
• If you started your membership during a promo price, canceling your membership will void the discounted rate, meaning if you choose to resume your membership at a later time, you’ll be subject to the current membership rate, not the discounted rate you received prior to cancelling.

6. No Transfer of Membership

Memberships are non‑transferable and may only be used by the Member listed on this Agreement.

7. Agreement to Terms

By signing up for membership, the Member acknowledges that they:

• Have read and understand all terms of this Agreement.
• Authorize recurring monthly payments as described.
